Cost Increase OCT 2008
Fine Tubes' business philosophy embraces demonstrating to our valuable customers that our processes and products continue to improve and offer real terms improvements in added value.
Our continuous improvement department are utilising many process improvement tools such as 5 Whys, with our Production Directors all achieving 6 Sigma Green belt status.
Frustratingly, the relentless increases in costs associated with our consumables from Gases, Energy, Lubricating Oils, Packaging to Transport cannot be offset by process improvements.
With immediate effect we will be applying a minimum 4% cost increase to all of products. This increase will, wherever possible, be offset by our metal raw material price changes in-line with the Nickel and Molybdenum markets.
