Our tube mill is situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, and just 20 minutes from Plymouth Hoe and the historic Barbican. Beautiful rivers, parks and beaches are within a few miles of our site.

Process Engineer Chemical and Metallurgy
Fine Tubes is looking to recruit a Professional Engineer with a Chemical / Metallurgical processing background to assist in the reduction of process variations at our Plymouth site. The role will focus on the wet chemical processes involving the use of various acids (including HF and Nitric Acid), and organic solvents. Working within the Technical department, the candidate will report directly to the Technical Manager. Experience writing technical reports, improving chemical cleaning operations and leading root cause investigations will be expected.

Fine Tubes is searching Production Operators for the manufacture and processing of our high precision seamless and welded metal tubes. Our production areas include the Primary/Titanium/Make Loop cell, the Weld and Coil cell and the Finishing Cell. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a good mechanical engineering aptitude with experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, good English skills and the ability to manually handle tubes and operate related equipment.
