Part of our success here at Fine Tubes is based on the close relationships we form with our customers. Key industry players who buy our high precision tubes have relied on both our great service, support and advice for many years.

Your needs are the focus of our attention. We’ll do our utmost to find solutions to your business challenges, helping you gain competitive advantage both in product quality and technical support. From design and material selection, through to the manufacturing process and door-to-door delivery, we’ll manage everything. Our aim is to meet – and exceed – your expectations.

Your enquiry

Our sales team are all experts in their field. On receiving your enquiry we’ll allocate the most suitable representative who will then discuss your requirements with you and prepare a quote. For standard tubes we aim to give you feedback within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry. If the specifications and quality requirements are more complex it may take slightly longer, but we will keep you posted on its progress.

Your order

After receiving your order our customer service team will process all relevant details, liaising with our technical, quality and planning departments. You then receive your order confirmation with a final delivery date. The response times for order acknowledgements can vary depending on the complexity of your requirements on quality and inspection test plans (ITPs). Our customer service team can also handle your Kanban requirements, stock management as well as long-term contracts. Typical lead times for manufacturing are between 10 and 12 weeks, but in some instances our turnaround can be as little as three weeks.

Your delivery

Fine Tubes currently exports to over 35 countries worldwide and can arrange the transport of your tubes to your doorstep. We recognise Incoterms - the international framework of rules for shipping. For details please see the page on shipping terms. Special deliveries can be arranged as well.

For metal tube packaging, we offer a variety of options and work to ISPM standards. Straight lengths of tube can be packed in wooden boxes lined with wax craft paper, tri-wall clay-coated reinforced cases, standard cardboard boxes or tubes. Coiled tubes can be shipped in wooden drums or steel drums of various dimensions with Lamiflex covering. We can pack with ID or OD end caps and sealed or unsealed plastic sleeves too if required.
